I live in a house with my husband and two fabulous kids. I’m a medical administrator by day and a wannabe Martha Stewart by night. I love to be in the kitchen or the backyard. I love to cook, bake and entertain. I love flowers and gardening. One day I will be reincarnated as Martha. I swear! My husband and I are really into home improvement so we’ve always got some kind of project happening. I seriously love DIY anything. I refuse to buy a lot of things because I'm convinced that I can just make it myself.
I believe that more is more. I don’t know who coined the phrase, “Less is more”. $100 bills? Reeses peanut butter cups? Yeah, more is more. I like big hair. I love big sunglasses. Huge doll-like eyelashes are my absolute favorite. I live for manicures and pedicures. I like to shop for anything and I like to get a deal. (I will never understand why people pay full price for anything!)
Aside from the kids and husband, I have a dog, a cat, a few salt water fish and six chickens. It's like a crazy circus farm. There is always something ridiculous going on here. I love that though. I thrive on change and chaos. Until I lose my mind and then I need routine. And then I get bored and I need chaos. It's a vicious cycle.
My favorite place on Earth (at the moment) is San Diego, CA. It’s just perfect. If I didn’t love New York so much, I would move there. Between my family and the Yankees, I am in New York forever. Oh, the Yankees. I am a huge fan. We go to games and I talk about them a lot.
